Architectural Coordinator

• Responsible for Architectural coordination and related works by assisting in planning & resource management.
• Assist to carry out daily supervision of all site implementations at site.
• Ensure implementations are carried out according to construction programme.
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with updated drawings, specifications, method of statements, master programme and consultants site instructions.
• Handle builder works coordination with Architectural works.
• Supervision Archtectural works based on daily activities.
• Liaise with Clients, Consultants, SO/ RE / RTO to carry out site inspection and attend weekly /monthly meeting.
• Monitor and control architectural material unsafe on site to avoid unnecessary wastage or wrongly usage.
• Assist Project Manager / Engineer with any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or trade certificate in architecture or equivalent
• Must have experience in architecture project works supervision or coordination.
• Minimum at least 3 years of experience is required
• Able to control and ensure the architecture works are carried up according to the specification and standard.
