• Provide non-medicated massage services (foot reflexology and body massage) to customers.

• Consult and understand customers' needs.

• Set up massage area to meet safety and comfort standards before and after each customer.

• Recommend and promote suitable packages to customers.

• Provide general housekeeping duties.
