Talent Acquisition Lead/Senior Recruiter
Position Summary
My client is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Lead to drive their end-to-end hiring efforts. This role will undertake precision headhunting and targeted talent acquisition strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing highly specialized talent, particularly in the decentralized finance (DeFi), quantitative trading, and technology sectors.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a proactive talent acquisition strategy, focusing on identifying and engaging top-tier candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive market mapping to understand relevant talent pools and competitor landscapes.
Drive strategic sourcing initiatives to build relationships with high-calibre professionals in the crypto, DeFi, and quant trading sectors. - Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, managing interview pipelines, and handling offer negotiations.
- Establish a robust campus recruitment strategy to ensure a steady flow of graduate talent with strong quantitative and technical backgrounds.
- Stay informed on talent movements within the crypto and trading industries to anticipate hiring needs and trends.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand business needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly. Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent through networking, industry events, and digital outreach
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in strategic talent acquisition, executive search, or recruitment within crypto, quantitative trading, hedge funds, or fintech.
- Strong headhunting and sourcing skills with expertise in identifying niche and high-impact talent.
- Familiarity with the crypto ecosystem, DeFi protocols, and blockchain technology is highly preferred.Experience in campus recruitment and university partnerships is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, small-team environment with a hands-on approach.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
