- Responsible for maintaining a clean and sterile environment in the dental clinic. This includes sterilizing instruments, disinfecting surfaces, and following infection control protocols to prevent the spread of infections.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and notes from dental procedures. This information is important for providing continuity of care and ensuring patient safety.
- Perform various administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient files, and handling billing and insurance claims.
- Monitor and replenish dental supplies and equipment to ensure the smooth running of the clinic
