Responsibilities

  • Manage the reception of the office and answering to phone enquiries.
  • Handle guests and visitors
  • Attend to enquiries from employees.
  • Management of meeting rooms
  • Oversee Planned Preventive Maintenance fortnightly or when required.
  • Liaise with building management on facilities related matters.
  • Liaise with vendors on office related matters.
  • Assist in new vendor creation related to office facilities.
  • Keep track and manage the replenishment of pantry supplies and consumables.
  • Assist in ordering of pantry/facilities related items, manage Delivery and Invoices
  • Assist in monitoring cleanliness within office premises regularly, supervision of cleaner work.
  • Ensure the office is facility-audit ready!
  • Point of contact with BM
  • Raise PO and Manage Invoice such as perform GR.
  • Manage New Joiner/Exit Admin Work (Card Access, Welcome Pack)
  • Managing Courier Services for Local / International

Requirements

  • Candidates should have at least Diploma with 3 years of experience in Adminstrative
  • Outgoing and vocal with good communications skill.
  • Excellent client management skills in a corporate environment and a strong team player.
  • Proactive and independent.
  • Dynamic and multi-tasking capabilities.
