Roles And Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the planning, coordination, management of project phases from inception to completion
  • Facilitate and liaise with Business Units representative, conduct site visits, establish project requirements and develop specifications and documents for the preparation of Request for Quotations (RFQ)
  • Lead the RFQ process for the implementation of projects with the various departments such as Procurement, Finance and Facilities Management team
  • Manage project claims, variation orders and closing of accounts
  • Communicate and coordinate works clearly and work closely with Facilities Management team, Contractors, Vendors in project implementation and timely delivery of projects
  • Any other related duties that may be assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Diploma in Architectural Technology and Building Services, Interior Design or related field
  • Minimum 1 year in project management, office fit out, addition & alteration/ improvement building works experience in Singapore with consultancy or contractor’s office
  • Able to manage multiple projects at a time
  • Familiar with project life cycle from inception to completion including tender procurement process
  • Familiar with statutory and building codes and regulations, and authorities submission requirements
  • Strong verbal, written and organizational skills, and demonstrates project leadership skills in meeting project goals
  • Proficient in Microsoft software and tools, and any drafting/ design software such as AutoCAD and Sketchup would be advantageous
