Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Attending to customers’ needs

• Seek and Collate feedbacks on products and services

• Answering customers‘ queries

• Maintaining customer records

• Take down order and arrange delivery of goods

• Take note of special requests from customers

• Regularly keep in touch with customers
  

Leads Generation

• Finding new customer base

• Introduce & sell products to new customers
  

Sales generation

• Collect payment & handover to accounts department

• Attending food fairs to promote products
  

Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience with food industry in Sales
• Proven track record of the ability to understand customer needs and increase sales
• Strong communication skill and mircosoft office
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
