Job Description:

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Workday Integration Developer to design, build, test, and maintain integrations between Workday and various enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder), and REST/SOAP APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange and automation across business applications. This role requires a deep understanding of Workday’s integration architecture, web services, security frameworks, and data transformation best practices, along with strong collaboration and troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of Workday integrations, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and security
• Define integration strategies, best practices, and governance standards for Workday and connected systems
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT functional teams and third party vendor systems to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and develop integration solutions that align with business needs.
• Develop, implement, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST).
• Design and configure Workday custom reports (RaaS) and calculated fields to support integration needs.
• Perform integration testing, including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects in existing Workday integrations, ensuring stability and minimal disruption to business processes.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance in all Workday integrations.
• Work with third-party applications vendors to facilitate secure data exchange and automation.
• Maintain and improve integration documentation, technical specifications, and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to other developers on integration best practices

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Workday integration development.
• Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP & REST APIs).
• Strong experience in integration testing and defect resolution to ensure high-quality system performance.
• Strong knowledge of Workday security, business processes, and data structures.
• Experience working with third-party payroll, benefits, and financial systems.
