INTERIOR DESIGNER

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Design Team to produce detailed technical drawings and visual presentations.
• Provide space planning solutions, conceptual design proposals, and recommend material and color schemes tailored to clients’ preferences and functional requirements.
• Develop both 2D and 3D technical drawings using design software such as AutoCAD and 3D Studio Max.
• Attend client meetings to gather design briefs, understand project objectives, and present design ideas.
• Ensure designs comply with regulatory and safety standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure design intent is executed accurately on-site.
• Conduct site visits and provide support during project implementation and installation phases.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new materials, and innovative design solutions.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the team or management.

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong creative flair and good eye for design details, materials, and finishing.
• Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
• Highly motivated, organized, and capable of working both independently and within a team.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Entry-level applicants with a Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field are welcome to apply.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
