Job Description & Requirements

To oversee the overall service quallity and kitchen operations with the front-of-house
To oversee inventory control, procurement, cleaniless of the restaurant
To lead and motivate employees effectively through implementation of in-house training and incentives plans, resulting in increased productivity levels and employee satisfaction
Attend to customers complaints, resolve their issues to maintain high service standards.
