Centre Operations Executive

Location: Sengkang / Paya Lebar
Working Hours: 1pm – 9pm, 5.5 days/week (including weekends)
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

As our Centre Operations Coordinator , you will be the driving force behind the smooth and efficient running of our tuition centres. This role blends administration, tutor management, parent support, marketing assistance, and financial operations into one dynamic position.

You’ll ensure that the centre operates seamlessly while supporting tutors, engaging with parents, and assisting with marketing and financial processes. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

Key Responsibilities

Centre Administration & Scheduling

  • Manage student records, enrolment paperwork, attendance tracking, and documentation
  • Coordinate class schedules, room allocations, and tutor timetables
  • Handle tuition fee collection, invoicing, and payment follow-ups

Tutor Support & Coordination

  • Schedule tutors based on enrolments and availability
  • Track attendance and manage substitute (make-up) arrangements whenever necessary
  • Assist with tutor onboarding and training logistics

Parent Relations & Customer Service

  • Act as the main point of contact for parent inquiries post-enrolment
  • Handle class rescheduling, progress updates, and resolve concerns
  • Organize parent engagement activities and meetings

Marketing & Lead Support

  • Assist with executing social media campaigns and digital marketing initiatives
  • Support sales by following up on marketing-generated leads
  • Help coordinate centre events and promotions

Finance & Compliance Support

  • Maintain accurate records of payments and outstanding fees
  • Support payroll preparation and collaborate with the finance team or external accountant
  • Assist with CPF, tax submissions, and statutory compliance

What We’re Looking For

  • Diploma or higher qualification; experience in education, admin, or operations is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-service mindset
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms), WhatsApp, and basic accounting tools
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Availability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
