Senior Project Manager/Assistant Director

Key Responsibilities

• Translate the organization’s strategic goals into actionable plans and initiatives for the project team.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of M&E construction projects valued above S$10 million.
• Drive operational efficiency and contribute directly to divisional revenue and sales performance.
• Monitor and manage profit margins, ensuring continuous improvement across multiple projects.
• Maintain a robust quality control framework aligned with the company’s standards.
• Set clear direction and structure for team operations in alignment with mid- to long-term business objectives.
• Build and enforce effective internal processes and rules to support business direction.
• Set performance metrics and drive results across teams with clearly defined goals.
Mentor and support the professional development of subordinates, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Strong familiarity with stakeholder management and project delivery models.
Solid business acumen and the ability to link technical execution with financial outcomes
