• Deliver high-quality services, including flower bouquets, table floral arrangements, photography services, etc.
• Select and procure fresh flowers, greenery, and other decorative materials, ensuring their quality and freshness meet the required standards.
• Collaborate with team members to execute restaurant events, including venue setup, floral workshops, photography, and more.
• Responsible for the environmental setup of the restaurant, flower shop, and retail area, ensuring product display areas are tidy and visually appealing.
• Maintain flowers and plants, including timely watering, pruning, repotting, fertilizing, and general plant care.
Assist with the daily operations of the flower shop, such as inventory management, order processing, and restocking floral materials

Skills:
Strong artistic perception and aesthetic sense, with a keen eye for flowers and decoration.
Familiarity with various floral materials, containers, and decorative items, along with knowledge of their uses and matching principles.
Basic knowledge and skills in floral design, with the ability to create floral arrangements using different design elements and principles.
Good communication and customer service skills, with the ability to accurately understand customer needs and provide professional advice.
Strong team spirit and ability to collaborate effectively with other florists and flower shop staff.
