Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate schedules, communications, and essential administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations behind the scenes.
• Assist with pre-production activities such as vendor research and permit applications (training provided).
• Support on-set and on-location logistics, manage schedules, and assist crew members during productions.
• Provide high-quality administrative and operational support to the production team, enabling them to perform at their best.
• Engage in diverse projects that go beyond standard admin work, including creative brainstorming and hands-on production tasks.
Efficiently handle internal and external communications, ensuring clear and timely information flow

Candidate Profile

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable interacting with team members and external partners.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new digital tools and applications.
• Proactive in identifying and resolving issues efficiently.
• Enjoys working in a team-oriented, fast-paced, and creative environment.
• Passionate about the entertainment industry and eager to contribute to live events.
• Flexible and able to thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing work environment.
Formal certifications are a plus, but skills, attitude, and passion are most valued
