IT Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain office computers and related hardware.
• Provide internal IT support services, resolving issues related to user accounts, network connectivity, and office software.
• Manage office equipment such as printers, video conferencing systems, and IT assets.
• Troubleshoot daily IT incidents to ensure smooth and stable office operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT technical support or desktop operations.
• Proficient with Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as Office 365 and other office productivity software.
• Basic networking knowledge and strong troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service mindset.
• Experience in the finance or cryptocurrency industry is a plus.
