Job Responsibilitiecs

1. General Administrative Duties

  • Prepare and manage documents (contracts, meeting minutes, etc.)
  • Handle internal mail and courier services
  • Answer phone calls and welcome visitors
  • Manage office supplies and inventory (purchasing, stock control)

2. Accounting & Finance Support

  • Organize incoming invoices and utility bills, and prepare payment request forms
  • Assist in planning and tracking monthly/quarterly cash flow
  • Check and file sales, purchase, and export-related documents (e.g. invoices)
  • Perform basic bookkeeping (with support from external accountants)
  • Reconcile expenses and organize receipts
  • Liaise with banks (monitor payments, transfers, etc.)
  • Communicate with external accounting firms or tax agents
  • Handle CPF submissions and contributions

3. Additional Support Tasks

  • Support internal events and workshop planning
  • Assist with departmental needs (e.g. travel bookings, meeting arrangements)
  • Coordinate administrative documents with external authorities (e.g. IRAS, MOM)
  • Support EP, DP visa applications and renewals


Job Requirements

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in administration and/or accounting
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written
  • Able to work independently and handle confidential information with care
  • Team player with a proactive and responsible attitude
