Accountant

Part-Time Accountant (10 hours/week)

Location: Singapore (remote with optional in-person onboarding)
Commitment: ~2 hours/day, Monday to Friday

Kizona is a strategic finance partner for startups and growing SMEs. We’re looking for a reliable, proactive accountant who can manage the day-to-day accounting for portfolio clients. You’ll be working closely with the Finance Lead and the clients, and clarity and communication are key — especially during onboarding.

What you’ll be doing:

• Handle full sets of accounts using Xero
• Record and reconcile monthly transactions
• Process payroll & CPF submissions
• Prepare and file quarterly GST returns
• Liaise for annual tax filing (Form C-S)
• Maintain document structure & financial accuracy
• Attend daily 10–15 min check-ins (initial phase)

What we’re looking for:

• Min. 3 years’ experience in Singapore SME accounting
• Familiarity with Xero (certification preferred)
• Clear communicator — proactive, responsive, structured
• Strong understanding of IRAS regulations
