The Membership Concierge serves as the primary point of contact for members, delivering personalized, high-quality service and ensuring a seamless membership experience. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving concerns, facilitating member services, and maintaining strong member relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.Meet and greet, welcome members into the lounge in an approachable manner.
Responsibilites:
- Member Engagement & Experience:
Welcome and greet members in a warm, professional manner.
Provide personalized service to enhance the overall member experience.
Anticipate and respond to members' needs, inquiries, and preferences. - Member Onboarding & Orientation:
Guide new members through the onboarding process, including tours, account setup, and benefit explanations.
Ensure new members feel welcomed and well-informed about all available services. - Communication & Support:
Serve as a key point of contact for all member-related queries.
Communicate membership policies, events, and updates effectively
Respond promptly to phone, email, and in-person requests. - Service Coordination:
Assist in booking and coordinating services, appointments, and reservations related to the membership.
Liaise with internal departments (e.g., reservations, events, facilities) to fulfill member requests - Issue Resolution:
Address and resolve member concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or manager when needed - Event Support:
Assist with organizing and promoting member events and activities.
Attend events to engage with members and provide support.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role (guest relations, customer service)
- Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or a membership-based environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and basic office software High attention to detail and a proactive approach to service
