As an Admin cum Personal Assistant trainee, the individual will support daily administrative operations and provide personalized assistance to the company. The role involves handling documentation, organizing meetings, managing communications, and ensuring the smooth flow of office functions.
Specific Responsibilities:
1. Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems for company records, course materials, and confidential documents.
2. Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and memos for internal and external communication.
3. Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and training sessions.
4. Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes during internal discussions and external engagements.
5. Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper organization.
6. Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries, routing messages appropriately and responding professionally.
7. Support the preparation of documents for course submissions, partnership agreements, and compliance materials.
8. Maintain updated contact lists, calendars, and tracking logs for administrative records and task deadlines.
9. Assist in coordinating logistics for training events, including venue booking, material preparation, and attendance tracking.
