IT Technician (Deployment)**EAST**Training Provided

• Perform deployment exercises per customer requests.
• To ensure proper deployment process
• Effective escalation of complex issues to next level for assistance in a timely manner
• Provide accurate and timely documentation in IT Service Management Tool.
• Perform IMACD service requests (install, move, add, change & decommission) of IT equipment and software.
• Proactive update and follow up to end users.
• Coordination and liaison with customer or other support teams
• Focus on SLA and resolution process.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Guide end user on required applicable tasks.
• Timely status updates to close open work orders
• Administrative tasks when required.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Nitec in IT, basic IT knowledge
• Welcome entry level - Training Provided
• Roaming role - willilng to travel (mainly cover East areas)
• Monday to Friday (9am to 6.30pm)
Salary up to $2700
