Job Summary:

As a Sales and Admin Coordinator, you will be a key player in supporting our sales and admin team by providing administrative assistance, coordinating sales operations, and maintaining customer relationships. You will be responsible for:

  • Order Processing:
    Efficiently processing sales and purchase orders, preparing costing and quotation, managing inventory, and ensuring accurate data entry.
  • Customer Communication:
    Responding to sales inquiries via phone and email
  • Logistics Coordination:
    Coordinating logistics and delivery arrangements for sales orders.
  • HR and Administrative Support:
    Providing HR and administrative support to the HR and sales teams, including processing payroll, scheduling of appointments and data entry of bills, invoices and other relevant documents.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    Building and maintaining relationships with customers through effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills with a good command of English and Chinese
  • Highly motivated and self-driven
  • Good work ethics and able to work in a SME company.
  • Have relevant experience in post-sale coordination and administrative works
  • Basic accounting knowledge & Quickbooks (Advantage)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel and Word
