Customer Account Executive (Technical Sales) - Junior Role / Training Provided

Job Info:

• Basic up to $3500 + AWS + VB
• Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm
• Kaki Bukit
• Account management role (Business development is minimal)
• Our client specializes in printed circuit boards (PCB) products
• Full training will be provided (Entry Level Role)

Job Scopes:

• Manage and support existing customer accounts while developing new business opportunities, with training and guidance provided.
• Handle customer enquiries, provide pre-sales consultation, prepare quotations, and follow through to secure orders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Coordinate with overseas suppliers for product and order-related matters.
• Provide technical assistance during pre-sales and offer after-sales support to key clients.
• Prepare and submit monthly sales reports.

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Words & Excel.
• Regional travel may be required as necessary.
May be required to work irregular hours to accommodate overseas clients
