Intern - Talent Acquisition, Experienced Hire

Responsibilities:

  • Help in recruitment support to manage interview scheduling, tracking of interview feedback, conducting first round of phone screening and shortlist for junior or temporary positions.
  • Assist in recruitment partnership to coordinate with outsourcing team to ensure all CV and interview arrangements are accurately reflected and communicated, to facilitate for all test or case study required.
  • Support all major recruitment drive and projects such as to help in correspondence or logistics arrangements (as required).
  • Researching on best practices for recruitment process flow and other administrative support.

Requirements:

  • Background in Business or Human Resource
