Position Summary
The CEO will serve as the visionary leader responsible for setting the strategic direction and driving the company’s overall performance. This includes overseeing operations, creative direction, financial performance, and brand growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic, creative, and entrepreneurial leader with proven experience in the fashion, branding, or lifestyle sectors.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership
Define and execute the company’s short- and long-term strategy in line with its mission and vision. Identify growth opportunities across product lines, markets, and platforms. Drive brand positioning, storytelling, and marketing strategies to strengthen brand equity.
2. Creative & Brand Oversight
Guide the creative and design teams to ensure consistent brand identity and product relevance. Oversee product development timelines and creative campaigns to align with brand ethos and market trends.
3. Operational Management
Lead and manage cross-functional teams including design, marketing, finance, operations, and sales. Ensure operational efficiency and scalability as the business grows. Build processes and systems to support a high-performing and agile organization.
4. Financial & Commercial Strategy
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and investor relations. Manage P&L to drive profitability while maintaining brand integrity. Explore and implement new revenue streams and partnerships.
5. Culture & Team Building
Cultivate a strong, creative, and collaborative company culture. Attract, retain, and mentor top talent in fashion, branding, and business operations. Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace aligned with company values.

Requirements:
1. Proven executive leadership experience in the fashion, branding, or consumer goods industry.
2. Strong understanding of fashion trends, brand development, and customer behavior.
3. Demonstrated success in scaling a brand or company, especially in digital and international markets.
4. Financial acumen and experience managing P&L, fundraising, or investor relations.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
6. Visionary and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to execute with discipline.
7. Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
8. Past working experience with Mandarin environment will be a plus.

Preferred Attributes
Background in fashion design, branding, or luxury/lifestyle marketing. Experience with e-commerce, social media marketing, and influencer-driven strategies. Strong network in the fashion, media, and investor communities. Ability to balance creativity and commercial acumen.
