Supervisor

Job Description

• Able to handle a team and need to follow project scheduled date.
• Experience to do Landscaping, Turfing, Tree transplanting or pruning projects.
• To assist the Project Engineer in the daily execution of work.
• To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
• To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
• Ensure works are going on as per project drawings.
• Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.
• Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.
• Everyday need to check billing and sales report also.

Requirement

• At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Able to handle 2 teams at a time.
• Highly proactive attitude, self-motivated, team player, strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
