Business & Technology Integration – Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our dynamic Business & Technology Integration team, playing a pivotal role in enabling change and driving smarter decision-making across transformational projects.

About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you’ll:

• Work independently across high-impact projects and enhancements.
• Identify business challenges and gather high-level requirements in early project phases.
• Facilitate effective stakeholder workshops to define and clarify needs.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to define business requirements and close decision gaps.
• Support UAT and change management to ensure successful solution rollout.
• Produce clear, concise communications that resonate with stakeholders at all levels.

What You Bring

• Degree in Information Technology, Business, or related fields.
• Proven experience as a Digital/Technology Business Analyst in Banking/FSI , ideally within Risk & Compliance domains (e.g. KYC, AML, CDD, Fraud Management).
• Hands-on experience with managing change requests/enhancements and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
• Tools you’re confident with: JIRA, Confluence , and other collaboration/reporting tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage.
• Sharp attention to detail and strong documentation abilities.
