Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform simple Accounts Payable and Receivables
  • Handling of invoices and billing function
  • Handling of incoming calls
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to follow up on any other matters
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned
  • Maintain Employees Attendance and salary.
  • Material purchase order
  • Account and tax files record.
  • Doc controll.

Job Requirements:

  • Min. Certificate or Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Able to handle pressure under tight deadlines
  • Able to work well independently and within a team
  • Organized and detail-oriented
