Job Responsibilities:
- Perform simple Accounts Payable and Receivables
- Handling of invoices and billing function
- Handling of incoming calls
- Liaise with internal and external parties to follow up on any other matters
- Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned
- Maintain Employees Attendance and salary.
- Material purchase order
- Account and tax files record.
- Doc controll.
Job Requirements:
- Min. Certificate or Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Able to handle pressure under tight deadlines
- Able to work well independently and within a team
- Organized and detail-oriented
