Our client is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to support the planning and operations of ambulatory and clinical services in a local hospital . This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clinical leaders and cross-functional teams in designing new care models and enhancing service delivery.


This position is ideal for candidates with a clinical operations background, but the company also welcomes individuals with limited healthcare experience who are eager to grow in a hospital operations environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Clinical Heads of Department (HODs) and internal/external stakeholders to plan, develop, and implement new care models and services.
  • Support and drive operational improvements across inpatient and outpatient clinical programmes.
  • Lead and coordinate various aspects of clinical operations, including:
    • Project management
    • Workflow design and optimisation
    • IT/system requirements gathering
    • Financial analysis and resource planning
    • Data collection, analysis and reporting
    • Procurement and budgeting
    • Event and logistics management
    • Administrative and secretariat support
  • Translate and communicate hospital and departmental strategic objectives to ensure alignment across teams.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and co-develop strategic initiatives with clinical leaders to address evolving healthcare needs.
  • Foster a culture of open communication and interdisciplinary teamwork.
  • Monitor and enhance customer service standards to ensure patient satisfaction.
  • Ensure services are adequately resourced in line with financial and operational goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement and quality assurance initiatives, including service audits.

Requirements

  • A basic degree is required; a postgraduate qualification in healthcare administration or a related field will be preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in the healthcare or service sector is advantageous, but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Organised, analytical, and able to work independently with initiative.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to new challenges.
  • Embraces change, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in SAP, EPIC, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
