Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, evaluate, and expand new franchisee and strategic partnershipopportunities.
  • Negotiate business terms with potential franchisees and partners to maximize mutual benefits.
  • Manage and optimize partnership relations to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals.
  • Collaborate regularly with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to support the successful implementation of partnership projects.
  • Establish and maintain extensive industry contacts in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
  • Prepare and present business development reports to senior management.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) / Retail sector
  • Strong commercial acumen to achieve the company’s target.
  • Strong business network and connections in Singapore.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, capable of strategic dialogues with various partners.
  • Prior commercial sales experience in closing large and complex agreements is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup culture and work effectively in a multitasking environment.
