Sales Consultant

Job Description:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the contractor/upgrading sector, including residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and key decision-makers.
• Achieve and exceed aggressive monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive lead generation and conversion.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals efficiently.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies.
• Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in construction, renovation, or related industries.
• Strong hunter mentality with the ability to independently source and close high-value deals.
• Resilient under pressure, with a relentless drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.
• No specific education required—experience and performance matter most.
