Senior Accounts Executive

Salary: Up to $4,500
Location: Jurong Island (Company transport provided)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive (Costing) to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in full set accounts and cost analysis, with a good understanding of GST and tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts, including month-end closing and financial reporting
• Prepare cost analysis and assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, GST, and corporate tax regulations
• Support audits and liaise with external auditors and tax agents
• Assist with data entry, reconciliations, and maintaining proper financial records
• Work closely with internal departments to track cost allocations and variances
• Use SAP system for accounting entries and reporting (training provided if needed)

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of full set accounting, GST, and corporate tax
• Diploma/Degree in Accounting or related field
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or project-based costing is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SAP is a plus
