Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations of multiple retail stores within an assigned area
• Lead store teams to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPI), including shrinkage, productivity, and inventory turnover
• Ensure consistent customer experience and in-store standards across all locations
• Coordinate staffing, training, and new store openings
• Conduct regular store visits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement
Act as a key link between headquarters and store teams to ensure smooth communication and execution of company initiatives

Requirements :

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations or multi-store management (e.g. convenience, supermarkets, F&B, fashion, beauty, or related sectors)
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills
• Detail-oriented with a good sense of accountability and operational discipline
Comfortable with fieldwork and regular store visits
