TOS Auto is expanding! We’re looking for a creative, driven, and strategic Marketing Manager to lead all marketing efforts across our businesses – including TOS Auto (car sales) , TOS Auto SprayWerk (spray paint shop) , and our upcoming automotive workshop .

Job Scope

• Develop and execute digital and offline marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales

• Oversee social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)

• Create marketing content including photoshoots, videos, and copywriting

• Plan and execute advertising campaigns, roadshows, and promotions

• Coordinate with external vendors, media, and influencers

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and ROI

• Support sales team with promotional materials and branding ideas

• Manage budgets and ensure marketing spend is efficient

• Prepare monthly marketing reports and improvement plans
  

Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of experience in marketing (automotive industry preferred)

• Strong social media and digital marketing knowledge

• Creative flair with a good sense of automotive trends and consumer behavior

• Independent, resourceful, and willing to be hands-on

• Basic graphic design, photography, and video editing skills are a plus

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
