Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute full-stack marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.
  • Leverage AI tools for content creation (blogs, social media, email campaigns), campaign automation, analytics, and audience targeting.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize budgets for paid digital campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and other platforms.
  • Lead generation & nurturing: Implement lead generation strategies across organic and paid channels, manage sales funnels, and follow up on leads.
  • Content creator marketing & SEO: Create high-quality, AI-assisted content for blogs, landing pages, and social media to improve brand visibility.
  • Public relations & communications: Manage media outreach, press releases, and partnerships to enhance brand reputation.
  • Marketing analytics & AI-powered insights: Use data analytics to track campaign performance and refine strategies.
  • Sales funnel optimization: Improve customer journeys, landing pages, and conversion rates.
  • Brand management: Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.

Minimum Qualifications:

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in a full-stack marketing role, handling all aspects of marketing independently.
Expertise in AI marketing tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO, HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).

Keen understanding of the digital media landscape and creator economy.
Strong understanding of TikTok/IG and other social media platforms such as Youtube, Xiao Hong Shu, lemon8, etc
Experience in digital analytics, comfortable with delving into data to find insights to present to internal stakeholders.
Strong lead generation & growth marketing experience.
Experience managing PR, communications, and brand positioning.
Proficiency in budget management for paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
Experience in education or edtech is a plus.
