️ Project Support / Manager

Turning designs into reality, one site at a time.

What You’ll Do:

We’re looking for a meticulous, proactive team player who can own the site like a boss. From technical prep to final handover, you’ll be the key link between design dreams and on-site execution.

Your mission (should you choose to accept it):

Prepare quotes, ballpark budgets & timelines — organised is your middle name.
  • Advise Sales + Clients on technical stuff & spot issues before they happen.
    • Support Sales Team with drawings, finishes, wallpapers & paint picks (yes, you’ve got taste too). Confirm site measurements with carpenters & Sales — nothing slips past you.
  • ‍
    • ️ Coordinate manpower & site progress to stay on schedule.
    • Solve on-site issues, do quality checks, clear defects, and support during handovers. Help with installation/unboxing (when needed — team spirit, right?). Keep our Project Director in the loop with timely progress updates


What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ year experience in interior project management or relevant design cert.
  • Strong in site coordination, timelines & problem solving.
  • Knows their way around AutoCAD, Illustrator, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Sharp eye, clear communicator, time ninja.
  • Team-oriented, self-driven, and cool under pressure.
