About the Project

Optimizing business processes using Oracle E-Business Suite to improve efficiency, accuracy, and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and design Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and HRMS solutions to meet organizational needs

• Implement, configure, and enhance Oracle EBS modules including Core HR, Payroll, Self Service HR, iRecruitment, OTL, and other HRMS components

• Provide functional expertise and support for Oracle HRMS applications, troubleshooting issues, and recommending improvements

• Collaborate with business users and IT teams to gather and document requirements for Oracle EBS enhancements and integrations

• Conduct system testing, data migration, and provide user training

• Support regular patching, upgrades, and system optimizations for Oracle EBS and HRMS applications

• Develop and maintain user documentation, reports, and process flows for HRMS and EBS modules
  

Skills/Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Human Resources, or a related field

• Strong knowledge of Oracle R12 and HRMS module configurations

• Experience with Oracle SQL, Reports, and BI Publisher for reporting and data analysis

• Proven experience in system configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of Oracle EBS solutions
