We are seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Manager to grow our sales across supermarkets, minimarts, vending machines, hotels/restaurants, and distributor networks. This role includes managing a sales team and expanding our market both locally and regionally. It is a commission-based position with high earning potential, ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Growth:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and annual targets.
  • Acquire new clients across local and overseas markets (retailers, F&B, distributors).
  • Monitor market trends and suggest new opportunities and product placements.
  • Take full ownership of sales performance and growth initiatives.

Team Management:

  • Lead and manage the sales team.
  • Set clear KPIs and provide guidance and motivation to achieve targets.
  • Conduct training and performance reviews to enhance team effectiveness.

Key Account Management:

  • Manage and grow relationships with major retailers and clients.
  • Oversee negotiations, pricing strategies, and product listings.
  • Ensure trade promotions and brand presence are effectively executed.

Regional Sales & Travel:

  • Travel overseas when required for trade shows, distributor meetings, or market expansion.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with regional buyers and importers.
  • Represent the company professionally in all international sales activities.

Sales Operations & Coordination:

  • Work with marketing, logistics, and production teams to align stock levels and campaigns.
  • Ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and market feedback


Requirements:

  • 5 years of sales experience in FMCG and food industry (e.g. supermarkets, hotels, vending, catering, or food manufacturers), preferably frozen food.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and expanding markets.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable with both local ground work and overseas travel.
  • Independent, driven, and resourceful.
  • Proficient in English; Mandarin is a plus.

Compensation:

  • Commission-based with attractive performance bonuses.
  • Additional support allowance may be provided based on experience.
  • Travel expenses for overseas trips will be covered.
