Job Description:
We are looking for a freelance CAD Drafter with solid experience in residential interior projects , including elevation drawings , to support our design team on an ad-hoc project basis . The ideal candidate will be proficient in CAD software and possess a strong understanding of interior detailing and construction documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed 2D CAD drawings for residential interior projects
• Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction detail drawings
• Work closely with the design team to develop accurate technical documentation
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and industry standards
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback or site modificationss

Requirements:

• Proficient in AutoCAD (and optionally, SketchUp or Revit)
• Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in residential drafting
• Strong knowledge of construction and interior detailing
• Able to read and understand architectural and ID plans
• Good communication and time management skills
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics
