Construction Draftsman

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Draftsman to support our construction teams by producing accurate, high-quality technical drawings for construction and practical installation purposes. The ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of construction processes, engineering standards, and installation practices across civil disciplines.

• At least two years of experience in in Construction or Drafting.
• Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and layouts based on specifications, sketches, or instructions provided by engineers or project managers.
• Make necessary revisions or modifications to drawings as directed by project managers or design professionals to accommodate changes or resolve issues.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) and Microsoft Office are required.
• Understanding of technical detailing for concrete works, steel fabrication, pipe routing, cable tray installation, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and installation manuals.
• Familiarity with ISO drawing standards, GD&T, or national construction codes (e.g., ASME, ACI, or BIS codes) preferred.
• Great communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Must be able to effectively handle stressful situations.
