BIM Modeller / BIM Coordinator [MEP/Architectural]

Location: West / Central

Job Scope:

BIM Modeler

• Create 3D Models: Use software to build detailed 3D models of buildings.
• Update Designs: Modify models based on feedback and changes.
• Coordinate with Teams: Work with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure accuracy.
• Check for Errors: Ensure models are free of clashes and errors.
• Document Work: Keep records of designs and changes.

BIM Coordinator

• Manage BIM Processes: Oversee the use of BIM software and standards.
• Coordinate Team Efforts: Ensure all team members are working with the latest models and information.
• Quality Control: Review models for accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Resolve Issues: Identify and solve any clashes or design problems.
• Training and Support: Help team members with BIM tools and workflows.
  

Job Requirement:

• Possess work experience in BIM modelling for MEP / Architecture's trade
Knowledgeable in AutoCAD & Revit software
