Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management
    Plan, coordinate, and supervise all cleaning operations.
    Schedule and allocate cleaning staff to various sites.
    Monitor and evaluate cleaning performance to ensure service quality.
  • Staff Supervision & Training
    Recruit, train, and manage cleaning staff.
    Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
    Ensure staff adhere to safety and health regulations.
  • Client Relations
    Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction.
    Address and resolve client complaints or requests in a timely manner.
    Prepare and present operational reports to clients and stakeholders.
  • Quality Control
    Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
    Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
    Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Inventory & Budget Management
    Manage cleaning supplies, equipment, and budget.
    Track inventory and place orders as needed.
    Monitor expenditures and optimize operational costs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in the cleaning or facilities management industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices.
  • Ability to manage budgets and operational costs effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office and operations management software.
  • Valid driver’s license (if required for site visits).
