Job Description

Oracle's Real Estate and Facilities (RE&F) has a portfolio of around 6 million sq. ft. The team supports around 50,000 employees across 92 offices in JAPAC. We partner with our integrated facilities management firm to help support operations across JAPAC. This internship will give you an opportunity to understand how RE&F functions and supports Oracle employees across JAPAC, and also how facilities management operates in an outsourced model. It will also help you gain insight into how RE&F is working to support the workplace of the future, and how the change in working styles has impacted the portfolio.

As a Business Analyst Intern, you will work as a valuable member of the RE&F Operations team to support core financial tasks. You will gain an understanding of how budgets are developed and reviewed, along with the team's objective to ensure governance and oversight of all the different reports received from our outsourcing partner. Our objective is to minimize risk for Oracle by ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions, integrity of our work practices, and accuracy of the data that we produce and review.

While working alongside other key members of the team who have deep expertise in Finance and Audit, this will be an opportunity for you to get hands-on experience and learn key concepts in finance, accounting, and audit.

The Analyst role is both a challenging and rewarding role that will test your interpersonal skills, your ability to quickly master business processes, strategic thinking capabilities, and follow-through on key tasks. You will be provided with the tools, training, coaching, and resources to help you succeed during your time at Oracle. As a member of the RE&F Operations team, you will act as a key resource for Finance, Risk Management, Compliance, and Governance.
