We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Hospitality & Salon Operations Manager to oversee the seamless operation of our holistic beauty and wellness salon. This role blends hospitality management with salon expertise, ensuring exceptional client experiences, efficient service delivery, and the highest standards in beauty and wellness services.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Experience & Hospitality:
- Create a warm, welcoming, and luxurious atmosphere aligned with holistic beauty and wellness values.
- Ensure exceptional customer service, personalized beauty consultations, and seamless client experiences.
- Develop and implement hospitality standards, including greeting protocols, client refreshments, and relaxation areas.
- Handle client feedback, concerns, and service recovery with professionalism and care.
Salon & Business Operations:
- Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
- Manage appointment scheduling, front desk coordination, and staff workflow for smooth service delivery.
- Supervise inventory, product stock levels, and procurement for beauty and wellness services.
- Monitor and enhance operational processes to improve client satisfaction and business efficiency.
Expertise in Beauty Services:
- Ensure the highest standards in threading, waxing, facials, body treatments, herbal beauty therapies, and basic grooming services offered by Beauty by Devi.
- Train and guide staff in delivering services with precision, care, and adherence to holistic beauty principles.
- Oversee quality control and ensure consistency in all beauty services.
- Stay updated on trends in Ayurvedic and holistic beauty to enhance service offerings.
Team Leadership & Training:
- Lead and motivate a team of beauty professionals, front desk staff, and hospitality personnel.
- Conduct training on customer service, hospitality etiquette, and beauty service excellence.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on service quality and client satisfaction.
Marketing & Business Growth:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.
- Assist in planning wellness events, VIP experiences, and client appreciation initiatives.
- Drive membership programs, service upselling, and client retention strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in hospitality management, salon/spa operations, or luxury client services.
- Strong understanding of threading, waxing, facials, and other beauty services in a professional salon setting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for holistic beauty, wellness, and client care.
- Ability to multitask, manage high-end clientele, and maintain premium service standards.
- Knowledge of Ayurvedic beauty and energy healing services is a plus.
