We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role will focus on expanding our sales presence across vending machines, hotels/restaurants (HORECA), and distribution channels. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building long-term partnerships, and has a strong sense of market awareness — especially in food trends.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Vending Channel Sales
- Monitor and manage vending machine sales and stock levels.
- Work with operations to ensure timely replenishment.
- Recommend new vending placements and monitor sales performance.
2. Hotel & Restaurant (HORECA) Sales
- Approach hotels, cafes, and restaurants to introduce our product range.
- Conduct product tastings and follow up on orders.
- Maintain professional relationships with chefs, buyers, and F&B managers.
3. Distributor & Wholesale Channel
- Work closely with distributors to ensure product availability and order fulfilment.
- Provide product information and support for marketing efforts.
- Identify and develop new distribution opportunities.
4. Trend Spotting & Product Ideation
- Stay updated on food and consumer trends in Singapore.
- Share market feedback and propose new product ideas based on customer preferences and competitive insights.
- Be an internal voice of the market to help shape future product launches.
5. Reporting & Coordination
- Submit weekly sales reports, client feedback, and performance updates.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments for smooth order processing.
6. Ad Hoc Duties
- Support additional assignments or events as required by the management team.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in sales, ideally in F&B, vending, or distribution.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented.
- Passionate about food, with a keen eye for emerging trends.
- Able to travel around Singapore for client visits.
- Having own transport is a plus.
Remuneration:
- Base salary + attractive commission scheme based on individual performance.
- Monthly incentives may be provided for achieving sales targets.
