1. Scope of Work

The Freelancer agrees to provide digital marketing services to the Client as outlined below, based on the following distribution of workload priorities:

1.1 Search Engine Optimization (SEO) – 30%

  • Conduct keyword research to identify target keywords
  • Optimize website content for on-page SEO including meta titles, descriptions, headers, and internal linking
  • Monitor and improve website’s technical SEO (loading speed, mobile responsiveness, indexability)
  • Build backlinks and off-page SEO strategies
  • Provide monthly performance reporting (rankings, traffic, and conversions)

1.2 Google Ads Management – 30%

  • Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing)
  • Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
  • Create and optimize ad copy
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns for conversions (A/B testing, CTR, CPC optimization)
  • Provide monthly reporting on ad performance, spend, and ROI

1.3 Social Media Content Posting – 5%

  • Schedule and publish posts on TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Basic content curation (visuals and captions to be provided or collaboratively created)
  • Maintain consistent posting schedule as agreed (e.g., 1–2 times per week)
  • Monitor engagement and notify the client of notable interactions or responses

1.4 Website Updates and Maintenance – 2%

  • Handle basic updates to the website (e.g., text/image updates, plugin/theme updates)
  • Conduct monthly maintenance checks for site uptime, broken links, and performance
  • Ensure website backups are regularly scheduled and stored

1.5 Email Marketing – 13%

  • Design and send newsletters or promotional emails using Client’s email platform
  • Segment and manage email list (new potential clients)
  • Track open and click rates and optimize for better performance
  • Recommend improvements based on campaign results

1.6 WhatsApp Marketing – 20%

  • Send WhatsApp messages or make outreach calls to new potential clients using a provided list
  • Develop a script and message templates for outreach
  • Maintain log of contacts, messages sent, responses received
  • Provide weekly reporting on WhatsApp activities and lead responses

1.7 Facebook and Instagram Marketing – 10%

  • Develop and implement Facebook and Instagram marketing strategies aligned with campaign goals
  • Create and schedule ads using Meta Ads Manager, including A/B testing for creatives and audience targeting
  • Monitor ad performance (CTR, CPC, reach, engagement) and make necessary optimizations
  • Provide monthly reporting with insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with the Client on creatives or use approved materials for campaigns
