Working hours: (5 days work)

• Mon-Thr: 8.30am - 6.30pm

• Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm
  

Job Responsibilities

• Preparing and processing payments vouchers and checking

• Monitoring account receivable and account payable

• Workinng closely with accounting to manage transactions records

• Handle payment to suppliers and keying of receipts into the accounting system (Quickbook)

• Assisting with month-end closing procedures.
