- Act as a key advisor to executive leadership on technology trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop and implement IT policies, standards, and best practices.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of IT systems and services.
- Plan and manage disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
- Monitor threats and ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
- Develop and manage the IT department’s budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Evaluate, negotiate, and manage contracts with IT vendors, software providers, and service partners.
- Apply project management methodologies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Set departmental goals, conduct performance evaluations, and manage succession planning.
- Support strategic initiatives through technology enablement.
