Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer who excels at designing scalable data pipelines, handling complex data transformations, and supporting analytics workloads. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Databricks on AWS, PySpark, and Python, with knowledge of ETL automation and orchestration. Familiarity with Informatica DEI is advantageous, as the position may require converting legacy workflows into PySpark equivalents.



Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain efficient, scalable data pipelines using Databricks on AWS and PySpark
Handle ingestion, transformation, cleaning, and validation of data from multiple sources
Partner with analytics and data science teams to provide reliable data for insights and modeling
Analyze and convert existing Informatica DEI workflows to Databricks (when required)
Enhance and automate ETL processes for better performance and cost optimization
Maintain strong standards of data governance, lineage, and quality



Required Qualifications:

At least 6 years of hands-on experience in data engineering
Expertise in PySpark, Databricks on AWS, and Python
Deep understanding of ETL workflows, data transformation, quality frameworks, and automation
Knowledge of data performance optimization and tuning techniques
Experience with Informatica DEI is a bonus
Strong client communication and collaboration skills
