M&E Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Assist in supervising and work closely with other department staffs to meet the project timelines
• Oversee and ensure mechanical and electrical works are carried out in accordance with the approved drawings, materials and method statements
• Handle project supervision and ensure good documentation
• Attend SWCs meetings; liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, relevant authorities and sub-contractors on mechanical and electrical issues
• Coordinate and work closely with client, sub-contractors and project team to resolve all mechanical and electrical drawings, site discrepancies and technical issues
• Compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations
Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned

Requirements:

• Candidate must at least a Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project site construction in M&E activities, tunnelling and supervision.
• Relevant experience in construction of large scale projects. Experience in national civil projects will be added advantage
• Possess a positive attitude with good initiative and keenness to learn
• Preferable a Building and Construction Authority registered core trades foremen.
