Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Business Managers and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Lead high-volume hiring initiatives with efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies using various sourcing channels (e.g., job portals, networking, referrals, social media).
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an attractive workplace.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and industry best practices.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in in-house recruitment, preferably with exposure to high-volume hiring in the IT industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in employer branding or talent marketing is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
